We love lots of things other than singing here at La La. Dressing up, cake, charity fundraising or better yet, the chance to do all three is heaven.

Plenty of men and women have first-hand experience of breast cancer in our choirs. Either themselves or their partners. We know that awareness is half the battle. It’s a cause close to all our hearts.

Breast Cancer Now had their #wearitpink day on 21st October 2022 and we spread that love across the week. Everybody got into the spirit wearing something pink, or all pink. Who knew there were so many shades of loveliness. We brought along our favourite nibbles to share with each other, had an extended break to eat and chat and anyone who wanted to was able to donate to the charity.

We raised an amazing £720 to help support vital research.
