If you have bought tickets for this year’s CLIC for Christmas concert in Exeter Cathedral on 14th December, first of all THANK YOU for helping us to support CLIC Sargent, and congratulations on getting yours before the tickets sold out!

If you have bought tickets from a choir member, you will have a physical ticket which you need to show on the door. However, if you bought your tickets online, you will not yet have a physical ticket as these need to be collected on the night. The instructions on the booking page say ….

Once purchased you will be sent to a page advising you to collect your tickets on the door after 7pm on the night of the concert. We will not be posting tickets out. Your PayPal receipt is proof of purchase.

Please therefore make sure you bring your confirmation email along with you, either in hard copy or on your phone/tablet. If you have lost or deleted the email, please bring some form of identification with you, like a passport or photocard driving licence, as we will have a list of ticket holders on the door.
