Wow! That’s how most people start their comments when messaging me following our wonderful concert on Friday night at Exeter Cathedral.

The choir were at their absolute best so combine that with the wonderful children of Park Community School Choir and the ladies from Devonport High School for Girls Sixth Form Choir then sprinkle the amazing CLIC Sargent Singers on top and its a recipe for a beautiful, emotional, uplifting evening.

The money is still coming in and being counted. Last year we raised £2400 on the night from refreshments and donations. We already know we’ve beaten that with £3365 coming in this year. Once that is added to the ticket sales, sponsorship and final donations we are very confident we will have smashed last years total of £9600 quite considerably.

When we have final figures you will hear about it straight away but for now let me again thank everyone involved. The volunteers, the performers, the crew back stage, CLIC Sargent and anyone else who lent a hand. Your help and support was invaluable. We cant do these wonderful things without you.
