She emailed Sam recently saying… ‘I have noticed that the morning after choir my run is always faster and easier than on other mornings…this despite poor sleep due to excessive excitement, I can only think it is a relaxed and well exercised diaphragm that does it!’
Well Sam can tell you all why. She says “Singing increases lung capacity and causes better blood flow which is perfect for any kind of cardio exercise. And the great thing is it works the other way round. So running before a sing is also great for helping you get those big notes.” #singingmakesyoufeelgood
