Here we are at the first week of Christmas performances and what a season of singing it is going to be.
Friday 25th November is a busy day. We will be at Westpoint Christmas Fayre singing carols for you as you enter first thing and then entertaining the lunch crowd in the main indoor area later in the morning.
We follow that in the evening, at the Ottery St Mary Christmas Light switch on. Join us at 6pm by the parish church. You will hear the church choir sing then La La leads the procession singing carols by flaming torchlight as we walk to the council offices. Once the lights are on at 6.45pm you can enjoy some more of our Christmas songs with us.
Sunday 27th November, we will be at Boringdon Golf Club entertaining the shoppers at Jeremiah’s Journey Festive Fayre. A hall full of wonderful craft stalls, Santa’s grotto, and live entertainment from us. We will sing for you at Midday. Come and help raise funds for this amazing charity.
Friday 2nd December we will be at Sidmouth’s late night shopping evening. Join us in Market Square for some traditional carols and lively Christmas songs. We will keep your spirits high whilst you sample the plethora of shops in the gorgeous East Devon town.
No rest for us. Saturday 3rd You will find us at Exmouth Christmas Lights switch on. We will sing for you in The Strand at 4.45pm. This event will give us a chance to stretch our lungs and sing you more of our fabulous set list for this year.
100 of us will be at Princesshay outside where Top Shop used to be on Saturday 10th December at 1pm. We will be collecting for Devon Air Ambulance whilst we entertain you so have some pennies or even better, some notes ready for the buckets.
Sunday 11th December if you haven’t made it up to East Devon then come see us in the Plymouth Christmas Market. We will be at its centre, singing at 1pm and collecting for Hannah’s Fund.
Of course, the pinnacle of our Christmas season is our Big Concert at Exeter Cathedral on Friday 16th December. It has now sold out. If you already have a ticket, we cannot wait to see you there. It will be back to the pre covid mix of opening and closing sets from La La, some carols you can sing with us and a lovely surprise guest act thrown in.
